5. The customer acknowledges that delivery can be made to the person present at the delivery address.
6. The Tiaraa does not offer compensation for mental stress caused by late deliveries.

Refund Policy:

1. Order Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Window: An order may be unilaterally canceled by the Customer only if the Company receives a written cancellation request within twenty-four (24) hours of the original time of order placement ("Order Placement Time").
2. Irrevocability after Window: Any cancellation request received by the Company after the expiration of the twenty-four (24) hour Cancellation Window shall be rejected, and the order shall be processed as confirmed.
3. Cancellation Procedure: To initiate a valid cancellation and refund request, the Customer must submit an email containing the Order Number to the designated cancellation and refund processing email address: refund@thetiaraa.com.
4. Refund Processing: Upon timely receipt and verification of a valid cancellation request within the Cancellation Window, the order will be canceled. The Company shall initiate the refund of the full purchase price to the Customer's original payment method within forty-eight (48) business hours of the cancellation being confirmed. The time taken for the funds to be credited to the Customer's account is subject to the policies of the Customer's bank or payment processor.

2. Replacement Policy for Damaged Items

1. Condition for Request: Requests for the replacement of an item alleged to be damaged or defective upon delivery must be submitted to the Company within a reasonable period, not to exceed three (3) days from the date and time of confirmed delivery.
2. Mandatory Evidence (Proof of Damage): The Customer is required to provide conclusive evidence to support a claim of damage. This evidence must include a single, continuous, and unedited video recording (hereinafter, the "Unboxing Video") that clearly and continuously demonstrates the following:
   1. The complete, sealed condition of the package prior to opening.
   2. The entire process of opening the package.
   3. The condition of the item immediately upon removal from the packaging, clearly showing the alleged damage without any cuts or breaks in the recording.
3. Waiver of Claim: Failure to provide the requisite Unboxing Video, or submission of a video that is edited, cut, or does not clearly show the sealed package prior to opening, shall constitute a waiver of the Customer's right to a replacement for damage claimed upon delivery.

Intellectual Property:

All content on The Tiaraa, including graphics, text, logos, and downloadable materials, is protected by copyright law.

Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian Laws. Any disputes related to the website's use will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Limited Liability:

The Tiaraa provides the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding transactions or the accuracy of website information. You, the customer, agree to use the website at your own risk.
